Paid Time Off &

Flexible Scheduling

Our employees accrue high rates of paid time off (PTO) per pay period. In scheduled positions, PTO and serious health condition time-off begin accruing from the first day of employment. PTO can be used for vacation, personal days, and illness. Serious health condition time is used during times of serious illness for yourself or an eligible family member.

Within our nursing department, we offer flexibility in scheduling, providing ample options to suit your preference and lifestyle. Available shifts include:

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Overnight shift
  • School-friendly – for our students, enjoy shorter shifts that start after classes are done each day.
What about weekends?

Earn Premium Pay!

Premium pay weekend-only opportunities are particularly well-suited for students, stay-at-home parents, or those seeking an additional source of income. You can decide whether to be scheduled for one weekend a month, every other weekend, 3 out of 4, or all of them! Our system is tiered, meaning the more you work, the higher your premium wage.

CNAs and LPNs work just every third weekend and holiday.

RNs work just every fourth weekend and holiday.

Loan Reimbursement &

Scholarship Opportunities

While you're employed at Bethany on the Lake, you can choose to further your education through our scholarship programs and advance your nursing career. Many employees have grown into their ideal role debt free!

We understand the weight of student debt, which is why we offer loan reimbursement programs for newly graduated nurses. Earn an income while we help you pay off your debt.
