Nancy Ambriez LPN

When I was looking for a full-time job, I liked the fact that Bethany on the Lake offered an every 3rd-weekend option.

It made it very convenient for me and my family. And now that I’m in school, Bethany has been very flexible and accommodating to my class schedule. I plan to stay at Bethany after I get my RN degree.

Career Laddering

Many team members begin in our entry-level positions which don't require specific education or certifications.

They then pursue higher-level certifications or degrees, such as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), and continue up the career ladder.

When you continue your education to work up the ladder, Bethany on the Lake can help financially with our scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs.

Julie Nelson, CNA

Bethany on the Lake allowed me to step back into the world of healthcare while supporting my passion for life-long learning!

Not only have I been able to earn a full-time income while furthering my education and growing in my career, but Bethany on the Lake has also helped me pay for it. I started as a Culinary Aide while going through the certification program to become a CNA and am currently going through the TMA program. Soon I’ll be utilizing the Bethany on the Lake scholarship program once again to continue my education further in the LPN program. While I’m going to school full-time to become an LPN, I’ll be able to shift my schedule to take advantage of the flexible, premium pay weekend position as a TMA.
